Our approach: outcomes first, operations that scale
We serve like an internal IT team with enterprise rigor and small-business empathy. We start with the results
you care about—revenue continuity, risk reduction, and productive teams—and design technology that is boring in
the best way: reliable, observable, and easy to run. We don’t sell “stacks”; we commit to outcomes we’ll review
together in plain language.
The operating model
1. Discover & align. We meet the people who rely on IT every day, map goals and constraints,
inventory assets, identity, and risks, then draft a one-page operating plan: scope, SLAs, and a 90-day roadmap.
2. Stabilize & secure. We fix the loudest issues first, establish a security baseline
(MFA where it makes sense, EDR, patch policy, 3-2-1 backups with off-site copies), and turn on monitoring so we can measure improvement.
3. Modernize selectively. Cloud is a tactic, not a goal. We move workloads when it reduces risk or cost,
automate the boring work (join, patch, deploy, retire), and set standards so adding users, devices, or sites doesn’t add chaos.
4. Operate & improve. Day-to-day we run tickets, changes, and incidents with transparent comms.
Monthly health reviews track availability, alerts, tickets, and posture; quarterly vCIO sessions look ahead at budget,
lifecycle, security posture, and projects that move the needle.
What we optimize for (and how we measure it)
Our defaults (we’ll tune to your reality): first response ≤ 15 minutes for P1, ≤ 1 hour for P2;
workaround/resolution targets—P1 same day, P2 next business day; patch compliance ≥ 95% within 14 days;
backup success ≥ 99% with quarterly restore tests; availability ≥ 99.9% for systems under management;
and a downward-trending MTTR. These metrics are published and reviewed with you—no vanity graphs.
Security built-in
Identity first (least privilege, MFA, conditional access), hardened endpoints, segmented networks where it matters,
log visibility, and tested backups. When something happens, we own comms, containment, and post-incident learning so it doesn’t bite twice.
Transparency & pricing philosophy
Predictable monthly pricing, clear inclusions, and scoped work orders for anything truly outside.
Fewer tools configured well beats tool sprawl. You see tickets, changes, and health metrics—nothing is a black box.
We’ll tell you when not to buy something and show the numbers behind that advice.
What partnership feels like
You get a named lead, a shared channel for quick collaboration, and meetings that respect your time:
a monthly 30-minute outcome review and a quarterly vCIO strategy session. We coordinate with your vendors,
show up for go-lives and audits, and keep surprises off your calendar—whether invoices, outages, or changes.
“My goals become your goals” only matters if it survives tickets, outages, and budget season. That’s the standard we use.
